We are Hiring Accounts & Finance Manager for leading FMCG manufacturing industry!!
Experience: 8 Years
Location: Madurai
1. Accounts Receivable:
Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts
Ensure timely payment from customers
Resolve payment discrepancies and customer complaints
2. Accounts Payable:
Process and pay vendor invoices accurately and on time
Manage and maintain accurate records of vendor accounts
3. General Ledger Maintenance:
Ensure accurate and timely posting of financial transactions
Reconcile general ledger accounts
4. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and review financial statements and reports
Provide financial analysis and insights to management
5. Customer Service:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Identify and mitigate financial risks
7. Team Support:
Provide financial support and guidance to the management team
Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial regulations and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks Xero)
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
We Are Hiring FMCG Sales Manager Location: Hosur Gender - Male - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, and direct consumers - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives - Provide excellent customer service and support - Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG Products. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
