What you will be doing:
The Process Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety
quality and efficiency of our manufacturing processes. You will be
responsible for leading process improvement initiatives managing new
product trials troubleshooting production issues and optimizing
operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Lead process optimization projects to improve efficiency reduce
waste and enhance product quality.
Develop and implement process control strategies to ensure
consistent and reliable production.
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams to
resolve complex process issues.
Experience you will need:
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering mechanical engineering
or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
preferably in plastics film production.
Strong knowledge of film manufacturing flexographic printing
and/or bag making/converting processes.
Experience with process simulation software and statistical analysis
tools.
