Job Description
What you will be doing:
Support real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center branch office or member of a title team.
Provide support to branch operations by performing administrative duties and delivering a high level of customer support related to accurate and timely title production.
Perform a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes.
Follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion.
Use basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members.
Work as an individual contributor under direct supervision with little autonomy.
Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Experience you will need:
Strong research skills.
Basic title exam knowledge.
Critical thinking.
High school diploma required; Bachelors preferred.
