What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand marketing objectives and develop strategies to achieve them using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Create engaging content for email marketing social media and other digital channels within Marketing Cloud.
• Design build and manage marketing automation workflows customer journeys and multichannel campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Develop and maintain data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync Data Cloud or other ETL tools.
• Utilize scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics and analyze data to optimize targeting segmentation and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide technical expertise and support to marketing teams for campaign troubleshooting and optimization.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales and IT to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science Marketing Business or related field.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with multichannel marketing campaigns.
• Email SMS and Push notification implementation experience required.
• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or similar role.
• Strong content creation skills with experience in developing engaging marketing content across various digital channels.
• Proficiency in marketing automation principles and best practices with handson experience in building and managing workflows and customer journeys.
• Experience in developing and managing multichannel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other systems using Data Sync Data Cloud or other ETL tools.
• Familiarity with Financial Service Cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as AMPscript and SQL for customization and personalization of marketing communications.
• Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.
• Data Cloud experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with developing on other cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
• Salesforce certifications are preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
