Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive customer service.
- Process customer orders using the MFG or Oracle system.
- Update customers and management on shipment status by providing backlog reports bimonthly.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of all shipments.
- Coordinate local and export shipments.
- Prepare and manage delivery documents including manual and systemgenerated invoices.
- Facilitate communication and provide timely responses between customers sales operations and factories.
- Generate and review order status reports.
- Compile documents from various sites and functions for financial closing.
- Email and post invoices to customers.
- Oversee and transfer inventory across different sites.
- Address customer inquiries complaints and issues regarding short shipments ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Initiate and follow up on new item creation in the system.
- Prepare weekly forecast figures.
- Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Able to work independently
- Prior experience/knowledge in shipping/incoterms is an advantage
- Experience with the ORACLE system is an advantage
