Job Description
Analyze for various parameters such as:
- Moisture content
- Total and Acid Insoluble Ash
- Steam Volatile Oil
- Oil Content and Protein levels
- Total Soluble Nitrogen and Urease Activity
- KOH Solubility
- Total Fiber content
- Aflatoxin levels
- Capsaicin Trypsin Inhibitor Curcumin and Piperine content
- ASTA color value
Requirements
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry
- 12 years of proven experience
- Strong understanding of chemistry fundamentals.
- Knowledge of food/feed analysis techniques.
- Basic computer proficiency with a solid command of MS Excel and other office software.
- Ability to collect accumulate analyze data and generate comprehensive reports.
- Excellent attention to detail in chemical analysis and lab procedures.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively and maintain equipment calibration schedules.
- Good communication skills for accurate recordkeeping and collaboration within the team.
