What you will be doing:
- Ensure clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results.
- Meet with clients to discuss their cases while showing compassion and empathy.
- Earn the trust confidence and respect of clients.
- Update clients on the status of their claims demands and offers.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims demands and offers.
Experience you will need:
- 2 or more years of litigation experience.
- Needs at least 45 first chair trials (civil)
- Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing.
- Experience in evaluating claims.
- Superb negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Teamoriented.
