What you will be doing:
- Provide centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows relieving branches of highvolume paperwork.
- Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches but not to customers.
- Perform work similar to that of an associate level with tasks that may be slightly more complex with greater experience and knowledge.
- Work on escrow openings and closings.
- Follow escrow procedures and have awareness of regulations governing the escrow process.
Experience you will need:
- 12 years of escrow processing experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Top desired skills include being detailoriented accurate flexible selfmotivated and having decisionmaking abilities.
