As an Events Marketing Manager (fixed term contract) at Roboyo youll be involved in the strategic planning and executing our flagship event All Eyes on Automation ensuring a seamless experience for delegates speakers partners and staff. Youll oversee all aspects of the event from content development to logistics and supplier management while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally youll be required to attend the event in Berlin in November and provide onsite support.
Responsibilities
Strategic Event Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event plans for All Eyes on Automation ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for all.
Content Development: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content including presentations from our speakers aligned with the theme of the event.
Logistics and Supplier Management: Manage all logistical aspects of the event including venue management vendor coordination and onsite operations.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including sponsors partners speakers and internal departments.
OnSite Support: Provide onsite support at the event in Berlin ensuring the smooth of all event activities and addressing any issues that may arise.
PostEvent Analysis: Analyze event performance and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future planning.
Requirements
Experience and skills
Bachelors degree in marketing event management or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in event management.
Proven track record of planning and executing successful events of various sizes and complexity.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.

Proficiency in CRM and WordPress CMS.

Experience and skills you ll need to do this role: Native English speaker - Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Bachelor s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 10yrs proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the technology or automation industry. Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in marketing automation tools e.g. Salesforce CRM, GA4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
