Job Description
$1000 SignOn Bonus!
Key Benefits:
- Schedule: Out for 12 days home for 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Freight: OTR across all 48 states; most loads are East of I35.
- Miles: Averagemiles per week based on Hours of Service and freight availability.
- Freight Type: ALL notouch freight with 5060% drop & hook and 4050% live unload.
- Dispatch: No forced dispatch into NYC or its boroughs.
Equipment:
- Drive 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths.
- Average length of haul is over 600 miles.
Support:
- Access to a 24/7 operations specialist for assistance.
- All shifts are tailored to meet your needs.
Additional Compensation:
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2nd hour.
- Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.
- Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety Mileage & Productivity eligible the month after your hire date.
SignOn Bonus Structure:
- $500 after your first load.
- Additional $500 at 30 days.
