Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- 2.5 years of experience in account management preferably in a BPO setting and 5 years in BPO industry.
- Fluent in English Dutch and Polish.
- Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
