Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
- Eight (8) years of experience in Human Resources
- At least five (3) years leading a team
- Experience leading large-scale projects, change, and process improvement initiatives
- Experience supporting functions as well as manufacturing teams (or some other front-line workforce)
- Experience conducting investigations and supporting compliance programs
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and project management skill
