Job Description
- Maintain in operational condition the current landscape and interfaces (upgrade, migration, patching, L2-3 incidents, functional assistance, access and permissions)
- Maintain the documentation, inventory, configurations management
- Execute and manage application installation, licenses, and access authorization
- Coordinate with end users for “business” assistance/consultation, realize specific configurations, and data management
