You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently recruiting for a Supervisor for one of the most dynamic and exciting leisure venues in Doha. Doha Beach Club under the management of Discover Qatar, comprises 3 absolute beachfront fully licensed venues;
• Doha Sands, an exclusive and private beach club for in house guests staying at participating West Bay hotels
• The Bistro; a fully licensed restaurant, open from 7am until midnight with a capacity of 200, serving light casual meals and also catering for special events, movie and sports event screenings and private groups.
• B12 Beach Club, Qatar’s largest private beach club featuring the largest inflatable in the country, a range of international food and beverage outlets, general admission and VIP sections, a resident DJ and popular weekend brunches.
About the role
In this role, you will be assisting in the smooth running of Doha Beach Club operations. You will responsible to ensure that all working methods are reviewed with best practices and are achieved with an aim of business growth while delivering excellent guest service in a professional manner, by maintaining the highest standards of quality along with ensuring that all processes and standards of Food & Beverage Service are followed and implemented to ensure running of smooth and efficient operations.
As part of your role, your responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following:

Ensure all guest receive positive, professional and personalized service to the highest standard to exceed the customer's expectations where you proactive engage with the guest to prompt the existing and upcoming products by anticipating their needs.

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene and Safety standards and constantly review the service offering to ensure that all key quality standards are maintained by the Captain, Waiters and Runners.

Monitor and control the maintenance along with sanitation of the various allocated outlet areas and equipment, to protect the assets, comply with regulations.

Work closely with the Assistant Outlet Manager and Captains to ensure correct stock levels are available from the Purchasing Department to assist the operational Food and Beverage with inventory-based items.

Recommend, support in implementing product development strategies based on guest feedback and observe customer trends, demands and manage issues and complaints with utmost professionalism and mindfulness to ensure a quality experience and enhance future sales prospects.

Attends daily briefings and contributes to enable open communication within the team and management.
