Job Description
The opportunity
Were currently looking for a Program Manager Support Intern. Someone to join our cross cluster Product and Programs team in order to support Program Manager and Head of Cluster 2/3 and cross cluster Product Management . Someone with a passion for electric mobility an interest in technology and a desire to create the change we know is needed.
This position will give you a great opportunity to learn the framework and processes to support delivery of a successful vehicle program and to build a network within many different disciplines within the company.
This position is located at PSHQ Gothenburg Sweden.
The responsibilities
In this role youll be expected to Support the Program Manager and the Head of Cluster 2/3 and cross cluster Product Management. Working as a member of our team youll be instrumental in programs and products. See below for a more thorough breakdown of the various tasks and areas youll be responsible for:
- Handle Project Management related tasks such as Program documentation and decision documentation
- Manage cross functional activities /planning and compilation for Business Millstones
- Manage agenda and lead Program Management Meetings with Internal/external industrial partners
- Represent Product and Program in Learning Forum
- PSMS updates upon need
- Business support to Head of Product Management
