About this role:
As a Technical Delivery Manager youll play a crucial role in ensuring our product development and technology teams deliver highquality products and services on time and within scope. You will report to the Head of Engineering and work crossfunctionally with Engineering Product Customer Service and Marketing teams to ensure seamless of key initiatives.
Were looking for a strategic thinker with a talent for collaborating with Product Managers (PMs) and Engineers to ensure that all technical dependencies are addressed risks are managed and solutions are welldocumented ultimately supporting the continuous delivery of value.
We offer fully remote working with an inperson meetup with the team once a month on average in either our London or Exeter offices.
What youll do:
- Technical Solution Delivery Lead the endtoend delivery of technical projects ensuring they align with both business goals and technical plans includingoverseeing the development and implementation of solutions that meet product roadmaps and strategic initiatives
- Collaboration with Stakeholders Partner with Engineers Product Managers Customer Support and Marketing teams to define project requirements timelines and deliverables. Collaborating to ensure smooth across all technical and nontechnical teams.
- Roadmap and Dependency Management Work closely with Engineering and Product Managers to identify enablement work early in the product development process. Manage risks and dependencies at the solution level ensuring that all technical dependencies are addressed promptly. Maintain and regularly update the technical roadmap to align with company goals and objectives.
- Agile Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning standups and retrospectives to ensure continuous progress.
- Clear communication within the team facilitating efficient delivery of solutions and enabling technical teams to stay ahead of product roadmap needs.
- Solution Definition Own the solution definition process ensuring all technical solutions are welldocumented clearly defined and aligned with strategic business goals. This documentation will serve as a vital reference for the successful delivery of projects.
- Prioritisation and Sequencing Act as a key advisor to Engineering and Product Managers ensuring both technical and product roadmaps are prioritized correctly in line with capacity and business priorities. Your input will help balance technical efforts with business needs driving impactful results.
- Coordination with External Partners Collaborate with thirdparty vendors suppliers and partners to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services.
You should applyif you have:
- Sufficient experiencein a technical delivery project management or technical leadership role.
- A solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading crossfunctional technical teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams.
- Experience with cloud technologies especially within an AWS environment and an understanding of infrastructure as code (IAC).
- Familiarity with development processes CI/CD pipelines and modern web technologies ideally within a fastpaced startup environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- A selfstarter attitude and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision thriving in a remotefirst environment.
