The Role of Host/ess at SmartRental:

SmartRental is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic host/ess to join our team The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for providing exceptional service standards and a proactive approach to creating memorable guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to the restaurant.
• Set up and maintain the host/hostess stand.
• Manage and review reservations using our reservation system.
• Handle emails and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with recommendations for the restaurant setup.
• Coordinate with colleagues and managers to meet all guest needs and requests.
• Organize and update the restaurant floor plan.
• Inspect cleanliness and presentation of the dining area and private rooms ensuring all tables are properly set before opening.

Ideal Candidate:We are seeking team players who are highly motivated and passionate about the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role preferably in prestigious hotels or highend restaurants.
