To accelerate towards our goal of becoming the pioneering force powering the energy system of tomorrow we are now looking for a passionate and skilled Head of Asset Operations.

About The Role:
As the Head of Asset Operations youll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our Asset Operations function from the ground up. You will be responsible for building a highperforming team that will take ownership of the daytoday operations of a growing renewable energy portfolio. In this role youll work closely with the Asset Integration and Asset Control teams to ensure operational efficiency manage incidents and improve asset performance.
You will also be responsible for setting up the foundation for a future 24/7 operations center ensuring that our assets are continuously monitored and optimized.

What Youll Do:

• Establish and recruit the Asset Operations team focusing on operational excellence and efficient asset management.
• Set up a team structure that ensures clear ownership and accountability for asset performance and downtime management.
• Design and execute strategies for optimizing asset performance minimizing downtime and improving system reliability.
• Establish processes for handling asset incidents from identification to resolution ensuring transparency and timely response.
• Collaborate with the Asset Control and Asset Integration squads to ensure smooth operation and crossteam communication.
• Evaluate and improve existing tools and processes for monitoring and managing assets including realtime tracking alarms and incident resolution workflows.
• Liaise with external stakeholders and partners ensuring smooth handoffs and issue resolution.

Who You Are:

• A reliable and available individual with strong leadership skills.
• Structured and processdriven ensuring tasks are executed efficiently.
• Previous experience in operations and maintenance ideally within renewable energy.
• Experienced in using software tools and comfortable working with modern solutions.

Location
Our beautiful office is located in the heart of Sdermalm just a short walk from the old town and Slussen subway stations. We value office collaboration but support hybrid work.
