Key responsibilities

    • Support the inhouse Finance team in daily works
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly business review and management reports and working papers and any additional information for monthly performance review calls
    • Support the team in preparing of monthly accruals debtors report outstanding payment reports for KPMG Global Services
    • Work with different stakeholders to collect additional information for reporting and presentation purposes
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly reports like FTE reports master data maintenance utilization reports
    • Assist in budget and planning template preparation and merge information to templates
    • Support and follow up the correctness of the Cost Center of chargeable engagement codes

    Requirements

    • Relevant College/University studies and/or experience in Finance and Accounting
    • At least additional 1 year of active student status
    • Fluent written and spoken English
    • Good communication skills
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Accuracy and reliability
    • Problemsolving skills
    • Willingness to learn
    • Team player
