Danish Online Content Moderator
Hybrid Working in Malta

My client is a fastgrowing techcompany providing tools and services to online marketplaces around the world.

Tasks
- View and Reviewing usergenerated content (e.g. sales ads).
- Supporting users and answer their questions via email.
- Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace by maintaining a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards the customers.
- Participating in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules market trends and moderation best practices.
- Collaborating with your team members
- Providing feedback to managers on trends common enduser mistakes and questions. You are our eyes and ears and you know the users the best!
- Giving input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences.
- Follow communication procedures and policies.
- Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Fluent in Danish and have good knowledge of English.
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
- Conscientious and reliable commitment is one of our core values!
- Eagle eyed with great attention to detail.
- Caring about people you will be working with securing the online safety our customers and their users.
- Ideally interested in marketplaces shared economy and new technology.
- No previous experience is required
- Previous experience in content moderation customer care and/or online business is a plus but no essential

First stage Test
Candidates will complete an Online Content Moderator activity.
Second Stage Interview
Once the test has been successful you will be invited to attend an online Teams
interview with a member of the HR team.
The candidate may also be required to have a second online Teams interview with the
Manager or another employee where the employees verbal language skills may also
be assessed.
