Tasks
- Grow and develop the contracting tech business in Switzerland
- Work closely with top tech clients and candidates including some of the most innovative and exciting startups
- Work closely with your clients to help them navigate and pipeline future growth and hiring needs
- Take responsibility for delivering the best IT talent from a leading database and network
- Become a brand and gotoperson for your niche and specialism
- Headhunt recruit network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in recruitment ideally on the Swiss market within IT
- German and English professional expertise
- Minimum University education
- Relationshipdriven recruiter who wants to deliver high quality solutions and results
- Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- An unrivalled passion for the industry and technology
- Able to work autonomously and like an entrepreneur
