Tasks
- Organize visits to our client installations for national and international clients
- Coordinating group visit scheduling along with representatives and managers from each area
- Planning travel and accommodations
- Providing support in event organization
- Managing administrative and billing tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in similar positions is valued
- Preference for education in Tourism or Translation and Interpreting
- Proactivity and organizational skills with the ability to interact with diverse clients
- Positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challenges
- Eagerness to succeed creativity in problemsolving and resilience in the face of difficulties
- Native level of Spanish
- Full professional level of English
- Full professional level of French
- Full professional level of German
- Full professional level of Italian (plus)
