Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Chartered Accountant for managing financial activities and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations for a Group of Companies.
The CA will play a crucial role in financial planning analysis and reporting to Top Management to support the organizations strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in pitching and participating in strategic investment planning.
- Provide financial projections and analysis to support decisionmaking processes.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements including income statements balance sheets and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional department to optimize financial strategies.
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
- Must have strong knowledge and hold of GST TDS ITR compliances and procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting and tax regulations that affect the Group companies.
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- 1520 years of experience post qualification.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of taxation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
