Procurement ociate

CK Group are recruiting for a Procurement Associate to join a global healthcare provider to hospitals, clinics and homes, based in Bathgate, on a contract basis for 12 months. This is a part time role for 15 hours per week, 3 hours per day over a 5 day week.


Salary:

Hourly 12.46 - 13.51 PAYE.


Procurement Associate Role:

• Reviewing, & responding to e-mail queries, providing stakeholders with timely responses, updates & feedback.
• Facilitate and support Inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintaining and producing reports associated with Travel transactions, Invoices, & utilizing purchase order spend tools and reporting suites.
• Invoice & resolution support associated with travel, corporate card, & global site-specific purchase order processes & transactions.

Your Background:

• Have administration experience to a HNC level or equivalent work-related experience.
• Proficient PC skill sets & clear understanding of utilizing MS applications.
• Working knowledge & experience within a procurement admin function, distinct advantage.
• High energy, self-starter and able to multi-task.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skillset.
