Job Description
Educational qualification: Obtaining an appropriate educational certificate, such as a high school diploma or a diploma in a related field, such as business administration or mechanical engineering.
Understanding of equipment: Comprehensive knowledge of types of heavy equipment, how to operate and maintain them, and the various tasks they perform.
Organizational skills: The ability to organize and coordinate the work of maintenance and operating teams to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Team management: Strong skills in leading and managing work teams, including assigning tasks, directing individuals, and motivating them to achieve work goals.
Work safety: Understanding and applying occupational health and safety procedures related to the use and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with work teams, deal with suppliers, and report on equipment status and maintenance needs.
