Job Description
Educational qualification: Obtaining an appropriate educational certificate, such as a high school diploma or a diploma in a related field such as security or business administration.
Understanding security systems: Comprehensive knowledge of security systems, including surveillance systems, security cameras, and alarm systems, and how to operate and maintain them.
Team management: Strong skills in leading and managing work teams, including assigning tasks, directing individuals, and motivating them to achieve the goals of the security system.
Training and development: The ability to train and provide guidance to new employees to improve their skills in using and maintaining the security system.
Performance monitoring: The ability to monitor the performance of the security system and ensure that it is working properly and effectively, and to conduct periodic checks to ensure compliance with standards.
Incident handling: The ability to respond quickly to security incidents, analyze situations, and take the necessary actions to deal with any problem that may arise.
Communication: Effective communication skills to interact with work teams, report emergencies, and deal with customers and suppliers.
