Job Description
- Drive sales performance by generating sales through the projects team and empowering the business capabilities.
- Maximize sales potential with existing and potential customers, ensuring a robust growth trajectory.
- Expand our customer database by introducing new clients and maintaining strong relationships.
- Engage with consultants, developers, and end users to get our products listed on their Preferred Vendor Lists (PVL).
- Strategically plan and implement yearly sales targets for the projects team, aiming to meet or exceed these goals.
- Provide support in deal closures, negotiate effectively with suppliers, and ensure optimal costing.
- Regularly track sales achievements, analyze monthly figures, and forecast sales revenue for strategic planning.
- Monitor team performance, provide evaluations, and ensure sales targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Oversee inventory control, manage payment collections, and minimize bad debts within the projects team.
- Personally achieve sales and gross margin targets as set by the Section Head and EIM management.
