Job Description
- Performing analytical testing for food, food products, and beverages.
- Analysis of water and wastewater in accordance with APHA and USEPA standards.
- Monitoring food sample nutrient requirements such as: Fat and Non-Fat Solids, Carbohydrate, Sugar, Proteins, Cholesterol, Vitamins, Fiber, energy, Calories, and Heavy metals using ICP MS…
- Testing and Monitoring the Indoor Air Quality.
- Verifying the quality of the food packaging material by doing overall and specific migration test as per
ISO 1186 and ISO 13130 - Preparing test solutions, compounds, and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating test procedures.
- Sampling and sample preparation as per relevant regional and International standards.
- Ensures laboratory equipment and apparatus are calibrated and properly maintained.
- Update results in control charts.
- Runs quality control requirement of each test method being performed whenever applicable.
- Perform testing requirements to support method development, modification, validation, or verification with or without supervision by senior staff or supervisor.
- Maintains good housekeeping in his workplace.
