Roles and Responsibilities
Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy goals budget and tactics
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
Develop and update promotional material and publications (brochures videos social media posts on various social media platforms)
Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry
Coordinate all public relations activities
Create content for press releases byline articles and keynote presentations
Monitor analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis.
Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
Prepare administrative procedures and policies
Perform administrative duties such as requested by the management
Assist with preparation of employee handbook policies and internal memos
Requirements
Skills and experience
5 experience in equivalent position
Good Communication Good Interpersonal Skills Aggressive in follow up Strong negotiation skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Qualifications
BA/MA degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related discipline.
