Bilingual Customer Service Representative Remote
Our client in the insurance sector is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support their Absence Management Consultation Services (AMCS) department. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing customer service and administrative support focusing on delivering excellent service to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members. What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $22 to $24 based on experience.
12month contract.
Fully remote fulltime position (37.5 hours per week).
Rotating shifts: 8 am 4 pm 9 am to 5 pm 10 am to 6 pm and 12 pm to 8 pm.
Flexibility required to cover varying shifts as needed to meet business demands
Occasional overtime may be required including coverage during Family Day and civic holidays.
Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for Plan Sponsors and Plan Members accessing the AMCS program.
Handle client inquiries via phone and email ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Gather referral information through verbal intake processes and manage new referrals in the case management system.
Provide administrative support to case management teams including handling template letters processing data entry updates and managing office supplies.
Process mail faxes invoices and other documentation including handling file closures and copy requests.
Assist with basic client reporting and ad hoc assignments or projects.
What you will need to succeed:
Postsecondary education.
23 years of administration and clerical experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.23 years of experience in a fastpaced customer service environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Teams Word).
Strong customer focus with active listening skills and the ability to probe investigate and resolve issues.
Highly adaptable organized and quick learner with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well both independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced team environment.
Excellent word processing spreadsheet and database computer skills.
Experience with Amazon Connect (nicetohave).
Understanding of medical terminology (nicetohave).
