Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leadership of all aspects of the Calgary location both sales and warehouse including training coordination and accountability of a growing team.
- Development and ongoing tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department as a whole along with individual staff members.
- Evaluating the quality of service provided to customers and develop procedures to minimize customer complaints.
- Ensuring diplomacy and a sense of urgency regarding any customer servicerelated concerns.
- Maintain uptodate information on new equipment and tools for use by team.
- Ensure that both the retail sales floor customer service desks and warehouse staff are operating effectively in order to provide quick and effective service to each customer.
Requirements
- Minimum of 35 years of Management experience is required.
- Coffeerelated experience and background is a strong asset.
- Experience in an environment with multiple communication streams is an asset.
- Proven ability to influence change and effectively lead a department.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with a high level of organization.
