Job Description
Job Title: RPG Developer
Experience: 5 years
Location: Hybrid (2 days WorkFromOffice from Bangalore Delhi NCR Gurgaon Indore Mumbai Noida or Pune)
Number of Openings: 1
Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Joining: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced RPG Developer with:
Key Skills:
1. Excellent programming skills on the iSeries platform
2. Proficient in RPG RPG ILE SQLRPGLE and Control Language (CLP/CLLE)
3. Strong knowledge of SQL concepts
4. Experience with complex SQL queries embedded SQL and cursor programming
5. Familiarity with database concepts (physical files logical files SQL tables indexes views triggers)
6. Good working knowledge of screen programming (display files subfiles printer files)
7. iLE programming expertise (program modules binding directories service programs)
8. Proficient in Restful APIs JSON Soap services XML and modern development tools
9. Experience with change management tools (Turnover Aldon or similar)
10. IBM i web application development experience using WebSmart ILE edition

57 years of experience in RPG development
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent programming skills on the iSeries platform Analyze and Create/modify programs using RPG, RPG ILE, SQLRPGLE, and Control Language (CLP/CLLE). Very good knowledge of SQL concepts Analyze and modify complex SQL queries, embedded SQL in SQLRPGLE, Cursor programming. Database Concepts Create and Analyze Physical files, Logical Files, SQL tables, Indexes, Views, Triggers. Good working knowledge in screen programming: Display Files, Subfiles, and Printer files. iLE Programming Analyze and Create program modules, binding directories, service programs. Proficient in Restful API's, JSON, Soap services, XML, and modern development tools. Experience using Turnover, Aldon, or similar change management tools. IBM i web application development experience using WebSmart ILE edition"
