Job Description

WES is seeking an Associate Online Customer Service/Client Record Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and managing client records with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be vital in ensuring that our clients receive timely assistance and that their information is maintained correctly. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive and effective online customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage client records with precision ensuring that all information is uptodate and accurately reflects client interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources for new team members regarding customer service protocols.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 02 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferably in an online environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy in managing client records.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
