CONSULTANT Strategy & Portfolio Leader
Location: Malm Sweden

Role Overview:As a Strategy & Portfolio Leader you will drive strategic initiatives manage the innovation portfolio and ensure seamless strategy across the organization. You will lead crossteam collaboration and guide the implementation of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee prioritization followup and risk balance to support strategy deployment.
- Facilitate crossteam efforts and create synergies.
- Work with business planning teams to ensure effective strategy implementation.
- Maintain alignment with uptodate Commitment Plans.
- Inspire and guide the strategic direction across the organization.
- Collaborate on strategies to enhance efficiency and impact.
Key Qualifications:
- Expertise in designing and implementing strategies.
- Solid experience in portfolio management.
- Broad knowledge of business development and innovation.
- Proven experience in managing largescale projects.
- Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and operational experience.
- Experience in the meeting place or retail industry preferred.
- Familiarity with digital tools supporting business initiatives.
