About position

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team and provide exceptional service to our global customers and partners. In this role youll manage communication through phone and email assisting with reservations inquiries and problemsolving to ensure a seamless experience. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams contribute to improving customer service processes and play a key role in achieving team goals. If youre a detailoriented customerfocused individual with strong communication skills in both Spanish and English this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fastpaced international environment.

Your tasks

  • Provide excellent customer service to both guests and partners via phone and email.
  • Execute selfservice solutions and enhance customer service strategies.
  • Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs).
  • Identify and suggest improvements to work processes to Team Leaders or Managers.

Your profile

  • Proficient in spoken and written Italian and English (C2 level).
  • 12 years of experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Background in customer service hospitality or the travel industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills excellent telephone manners and critical thinking abilities.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
