Job Description

IO Interactive is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team in a Senior People Manager role specifically supporting Project 007 our highly anticipated James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story. This senior role will be instrumental in shaping the careers of IOI employees across all studios and projects with a focus on providing leadership and guidance for the teams working on Project 007.

In this position you will work in close partnership with the Project 007 leadership aligning team development strategies with the projects objectives. The role requires strong collaborative skills to contribute to the projects goals while leveraging the capabilities of the people you manage. Your primary clients will be the producers leaders and managers within Project 007 in addition to working closely with other functional leaders across IO Interactive.

The role contributes to building a competitive and sustainable organization strengthening the company culture and staff engagement supporting change/transformation in the business performance management and contributing to the People Manager Team efficiency and evolution.

What you will do:

Strategic Influence & Leadership

  • Play a key role in building an organization that supports IOIs ambitious growth plans and sets the industry standard for employee care.
  • Influence key peoplerelated decisions ensuring alignment with the overall people strategy.
  • Establish trusted partnerships with business leaders providing coaching and guidance on talent management and employee relations.

Employee Development & Career Management

  • Guide the career development of functional leaders producers including project transitions promotions skill training and salary adjustments.
  • Stay closely connected with employees to identify their strengths potential areas for growth and address any challenges.
  • Manage the tech teams salary budget and oversee the evaluation classification and calibration of seniority levels and job roles.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Participate in recruitment by helping define role profiles assessing candidates for skills and cultural fit and contributing to the onboarding of new hires.

HR Processes & Performance Management

  • Implement and improve HR processes such as feedback salary discussions career development and crossfunctional development ensuring alignment with the companys people strategy.
  • Support managers in driving the people strategy including performance management talent management succession planning and workforce planning.

Challenging Staffing Duties

  • Handle challenging staffing duties including dispute resolution disciplinary actions and layoffs.

Who you are:

  • Proven experience in a people management organizational development or HR leadership role preferably in the gaming tech or creative industries.
  • Strong expertise in HR processes such as recruitment onboarding feedback systems salary reviews and employee relations.
  • Experience working closely with leadership teams to drive strategic people initiatives and align with business goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills with experience handling complex employee relations issues.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills in English.
  • Ideally you have training in coaching mediation and conflict resolution.
