Your daytoday responsibilities will vary based on your assigned executives needs and preferences.

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following criteria:
Language Proficiency and Exceptional Communication Skills: Nearnative level of English proficiency in speech writing and reading.
Professional Experience: At least 2 years of business experience in operations administration executive assistance or other clientfacing roles. While specific EA experience is not mandatory (we provide comprehensive training) you should have a background in roles involving significant administrative organizational or executive support duties. Examples include Administrative Assistant Office Manager Project Coordinator Account Manager or similar positions.
Remote Work and/or StartUp Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment ideally in a startup context.
Adaptability: Experience working in a fastpaced environment and ability to thrive under pressure.
Flexibility: Willingness to align your work hours with US time zones. We have clients across all US time zones and will strive to match you with one that best fits your schedule.

Junior Level: Up to $1400 per month
Mid Level: $1400 $1800 per month
Senior Level: $1800$2500per month
