Job Description

One of Aareons subsidiaries is Locoia a Startup which became a part of Aareon in 2023 adding to Aareons Product palette under the name Aareon Connect.

The Chief of Staff position aids Locoias CEO who is also Product Manager at Aareon so the role requires someone capable of managing different working cultures and adapting to a fastpaced diverse environment.

Tasks

  • Support the CEO in daily operations ensuring smooth workflows and prioritizing key tasks.
  • Manage crossfunctional projects within both the startup and the corporation.
  • Liaise with teams from both organizations balancing distinct working cultures.
  • Coordinate meetings events and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop concepts for strategic partnerships including the creation of compelling pitch decks sales materials and other supporting documents.
  • Ensure seamless communication between the startup and corporate entities adapting to various operational styles.
  • Interim Sales Leadership: Act as an interim sales team lead overseeing deal distribution tracking weekly pipeline progress and supporting the team in creating pitch materials.
  • OKR Management: Assist in setting controlling and reviewing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) ensuring they align with the companys strategic vision.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Chief of Staff executive assistant People Operations Manager Project Manager or similar strategic role.
  • Experience working in fastpaced startup environments as well as understanding corporate cultures.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and Word. Knowledge of P&L balance sheets and overall finance processes is essential.
  • Automation Skills: Ideally you have intermediate automation skills such as advanced proficiency with ChatGPT Zapier and similar tools.
  • Contract Expertise: Experience in redlining contracts with a basic understanding of contract structures (e.g. MSA CSO).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with a high level of professionalism.
  • (Understanding of any programing language is a plus but no requirement)
