● Communicate with clients if needed
● Maintain meeting records for the management
● Answer phone calls and take messages as necessary

● Support and facilitate the completion / submission of regular reports
● Handle confidential documents and ensure they remain secure
● Arrange and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
● Organize meetings, take notes and deliver minutes of meeting to all parties involved
● Prepare facilities and arrange for refreshments for events, if required
● Assist supervisors and staff with company projects and tasks
● Implement administrative procedures
● Create excel sheets as requested
● Responsible for office supplies and equipment's
● Interface with outsource suppliers and clients
