Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at the banks front desk.
- Handle transactions such as deposits withdrawals and account inquiries.
- Assist Chinesespeaking customers with their banking needs.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with banking policies.
- Promote bank products and services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing).
- Previous experience in banking or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle cash accurately.
