Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and customerfocused Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests providing excellent service and ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process. You will assist with reservations respond to guest inquiries and handle administrative tasks in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly attitude
- Manage checkin and checkout processes efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries provide information about hotel services and local attractions
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Manage phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest complaints or requests and escalate as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and guest details
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficient in using hotel management software and MS Office
- A customeroriented approach with a professional attitude
