- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email or live chat ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency aiming for firstcontact resolution.
- Providing product and service information to customers assisting them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Processing orders forms applications and requests accurately and promptly.
- Upselling and crossselling products or services to existing and potential customers aiming to meet sales targets.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions transactions comments and complaints for future reference and analysis.
Requirements
- Native German
- Fluent English
- Experience in Customer Service preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
