Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design and implementation of Genesys solutions (e.g. Genesys Cloud Genesys Engage) tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute project plans ensuring timely and withinbudget delivery.
Consulting and Advisory:
- Provide expert advice on best practices for optimizing contact center operations and customer experience using Genesys platforms.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of Genesys solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative solutions to enhance client outcomes.
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers system administrators and business analysts to ensure successful project .
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Genesys products and technologies including configuration integration and customization.
- Stay current with the latest Genesys updates features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing root cause analysis and longterm solutions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Gather feedback and assess client satisfaction to ensure high levels of service and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.
Mentorship and Leadership:
- Mentor junior consultants and team members providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career development.
- Contribute to the development of best practices methodologies and documentation for Genesys consulting services.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business or a related field. A Masters degree or relevant certifications (e.g. Genesys Certified Professional) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting designing and implementing Genesys solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Genesys Cloud Genesys Engage and other Genesys products.
- Strong understanding of contact center operations CRM systems and related technologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages API integrations and database management.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex projects and leading crossfunctional teams.
