Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Online Sales Executive to join our dynamic team a prominent chain of flower shops in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service with the ability to engage with customers online drive sales and contribute to the growth of our ecommerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Online Sales Management: Drive online sales through various ecommerce platforms our website and social media channels to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through online chats emails and social media platforms providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings including seasonal flowers arrangements and gifts to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns special offers and product launches to enhance online visibility and generate sales.
  • Order Processing: Manage online orders from inception to delivery ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and analyze online sales performance metrics prepare sales reports and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customers interactions follow up on leads and maintain customer databases for future marketing initiatives.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experiences.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in online sales ecommerce or retail sales (13 years preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Customerfocused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms social media marketing and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
