Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Online Sales Executive to join our dynamic team a prominent chain of flower shops in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service with the ability to engage with customers online drive sales and contribute to the growth of our ecommerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Sales Management: Drive online sales through various ecommerce platforms our website and social media channels to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through online chats emails and social media platforms providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings including seasonal flowers arrangements and gifts to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns special offers and product launches to enhance online visibility and generate sales.
- Order Processing: Manage online orders from inception to delivery ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and timely delivery to customers.
- Sales Reporting: Track and analyze online sales performance metrics prepare sales reports and present findings to management for continuous improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM tools to manage customers interactions follow up on leads and maintain customer databases for future marketing initiatives.
- Feedback and Improvement: Collect customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and customer experiences.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales ecommerce or retail sales (13 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Customerfocused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms social media marketing and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
