Job Description

Team International Payments Corporate Advisory and Dealing.

The Organisation

Our client is a market disruptor that provides innovative financial services to large corporate and institutional clients as well as charities through its CSR division.

The group operates across three markets: foreign exchange interest rates and commodities offering independent tendered and hedging advice through a proprietary inhouse developed platform.

Our client is expanding its foreign exchange division and looking to build a team of corporate foreign exchange business developers. They offer a rare opportunity for capable individuals to join their journey at the beginning of their growth cycle.



Requirements

You will be:

Ideally candidates will have some experience or at least have a solid understanding of the deliverable FX product range. Knowledge of selling/dealing Spot Forward and options would serve as an advantage but the focus for this role is ensuring candidates have a solid B2B sales mindset or background.

Key responsibilities

Researching and qualifying potential clients to build a database of leads

Engaging and consulting with Clevel executives of mediumlarge businesses ( 30m 300m) across a diverse range of sectors. Cold calling will be your primary and preferred method of engaging opportunities initially.

Utilise tools and corporate databases like CreditSafe to ensure you are targeting key accounts and businesses we are better positioned to help.

You will develop relationship with your clients to better understand their business and how they are exposed in FX. The goal is to offer the right FX hedging solution once you understand how the customer is challenged & exposed.

Understanding the mentality of solutions sales and having emotional intelligence is vital to being successful in this role.

You will work closely with your sales team and strategists to build and present valuable risk management solutions to clients in time learning how to develop these solutions yourself.

You will develop trusted relationships with your existing portfolio of clients to retain their business and grow your portfolio.

Develop corporate partnerships and affiliate relationships

You will keep yourself up to date with the latest market news. Ensuring trends and forecasts are reacted upon your clients are aware of any volatility before / as it takes place to ensure you are offering customers the best hedging strategy within the FX industry.

The successful Graduate FX Broker will need to be articulate a positive communicator and confident to display a clear level of intelligence when liaising with corporate FX clients and perform consistently in a role that is vital to the growth of the business.

Starting Base SalaryBonus & Commission. ( 35k to 45k OTE Year 1).

Good knowledge of FX derivatives. Ability to multi-task and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills, foreign languages a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.
