Civil Engineering Intern
Job Title: Civil Engineering Intern
Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Civil Engineering intern to join our team. The intern will work under the supervision of experienced civil engineers to assist with various projects including design drafting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and skills in AutoCAD and Revit.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and designs using AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct research and analysis on various civil engineering projects
- Develop and maintain project documentation and records
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with civil engineering software such as Civil3D ArcGIS or STAAD
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations (e.g. ASCE IBC)
- Familiarity with LEED or sustainability principles
Duration: Insert duration of internship e.g. 36 months
Mechanical Engineering Intern
Job Title: Mechanical Engineering Intern
Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detailoriented Mechanical Engineering intern to join our team. The intern will work under the supervision of experienced mechanical engineers to assist with various projects including design prototyping and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles and skills in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
- Conduct research and analysis on various mechanical engineering projects
- Develop and maintain project documentation and records
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or project manager
Requirements:
