Tax Accountant

Job Description

Overview:

We are looking for a Tax Accountant with at least 2 years of public accounting experience from smaller firms. Newly promoted Senior Tax Accountants are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax returns.
  
• Assist with tax planning and compliance.
  
• Collaborate with the team to ensure accurate and timely filings.
  
• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations.
  

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of public accounting experience from smaller firms.
  
• CPA or EA certification preferred but not required.
  
• Must be within a 1hour commute to Glendale CA.
  

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $70000 $90000 plus overtime.
  
• Insurance: 100% coverage for employee (family coverage at own cost).
  
• Dental and Vision Insurance.
  
• Life Insurance: $50000.
  
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks PTO plus sick leave.
  
• Holidays: 1012 per year.
