Type: Fulltime 40 hours a week
Monday Friday 8am to 5pm (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and support an insurance agency client. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in GoHighLevel have strong communication skills and be able to train team members on our CRM system via Zoom. This role requires someone who is organized techsavvy and capable of managing client interactions effectively.

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Expertlevel knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM system.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to train and guide team members via Zoom or other virtual platforms.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with insurance agencies or within the insurance industry.
- Familiarity with other CRM systems is a plus.
