Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise electricians mechanics and cleanup personnel to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Participate in maintenance tasks while coordinating with planners purchasing and vendors for repairs and routine maintenance.
- Maintain and review check sheets and preventive maintenance (PM) records promptly addressing any issues.
- Monitor equipment uptime and efficiency collaborating with other supervisors to drive improvements.
- Train employees on job functions and provide safety training to prevent unsafe work conditions.
- Investigate workplace accidents and injuries preparing detailed reports on findings.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal environmental regulations manage waste and handle administrative tasks like report writing and approving expenditures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and managing equipment repairs.
- Ability to train and qualify team members on safety and job functions.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
