Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide postsales support to clients including technical training and operational assistance.
- Install troubleshoot repair and upgrade CNC machining equipment and related systems.
- Investigate and resolve customerreported technical issues ensuring future operational success.
- Collaborate with both management and factory engineers to address equipment defects and improve product performance.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Handle work activities independently prioritizing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Mechanical or Engineering Technology.
- 25 years of experience working with machine tools.
- Familiarity with Fanuc machines and CNC systems.
- Understanding of PLC systems and ability to interpret diagrams.
- Ability to operate a forklift and other manual lifting equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to travel 30%50% of the time.
- Fulltime position Monday to Friday 8hour shifts.
